ProMosaik Pakistan is the website of ProMosaik GROUP dedicated to Pakistan.
The translation agencies of ProMosaik GROUP, namely ProMosaik Translation, The Quality Translator, MBC, Menuuno, Rauhola and ProMosaik Workshop MT deliver translations into and from Pakistan’s languages into a wide range of other languages from around the world.
Our main areas of expertise are technology, law, marketing, culture, patents, literature, social sciences, and medical industry.
There are more than 50 different languages spoken in Pakistan. Indo-Aryan Urdu is the constitutionally established national language. In addition to Urdu, English also serves as the official language and language of higher education. In the 1998 census, six languages were statistically recorded: Panjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, Saraiki, Baloch and Urdu. The most widely spoken language by far, according to the 1998 census, is Panjabi, which is also Indo-Aryan. ProMosaik Interlanguage offers online language courses to promote intercultural dialogue within Pakistan and with the rest of the world and to see multilingualism as an enrichment. We are working towards people experiencing multilingualism as an enrichment.
ProMosaik offers you translations and localizations into different languages and cultures.
ProMosaik Children promotes the translation of fairy tales and fables into European languages in order to oppose discrimination and racism and to strive for a more peaceful world.
ProMosaik LAPH offers free publication of books and research papers by authors and researchers from Pakistan. ProMosaik Poetry overcomes language barriers by translating poetry from many different languages.
ProMosaik also offers translation internships of 8 weeks for high school and university students in the field of human rights and alternative journalism.
In Pakistan, ProMosaik focuses on the promotion of intercultural exchange between Pakistan and other countries, especially from the South of the world, as well as on the prevention of racism and discrimination resulting from intercultural dialogue. Our goal is to be able to achieve a peaceful coexistence of different cultures by overcoming language barriers.
